I went to Elevated Oral Surgery after my regular dentist referred me because of my impacted wisdom teeth. She specifically recommended Dr. Susana Porras, saying she’s very experienced with these cases. It took me a little while to finally make the appointment, but after feeling more discomfort, I decided to go for it—and I’m so glad I did! From the very first call, Sugey was amazing. She was so kind and patient, explained everything clearly, and even helped me work with my dental insurance. She got me in for a consultation and for surgery super-fast, which I really appreciated. Everyone in the office was genuinely kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was so positive, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. The procedure went great, and I left feeling really well cared for. Thank you so much Dr. Porras, Sugey, and the entire team for being so attentive and for answering all my questions. You all made this experience so much easier than I expected. I can’t recommend them enough! 💕

The customer service was outstanding — everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Once the Dr. Susana Porras put the IV in my arm and she put the medicine in the IV to make me sleepy, I was out like a light! I didn’t feel anything and I didn’t wake up at all during the procedure (which was one of my fears). Pnce I was up, everyone made sure I was okay and gave me clear instructions on what to do, what meds to take, and what to eat once I got home. The Dr. even called me that night just to check up on me and I thanked her once again for making sure I was comfortable. 5/5 I would highly recommend!

I was told by my dentist that I needed to get 3 of my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous about that. I was more nervous when I learned I would be sedated and that made my anxiety go up even more. When I got to office, everyone made sure to let me know all of what will happen and made sure I was comfortable.
